Baked Fruit Medley

I got this idea from Heather at BeautyThatMoves.  (She was my 30DayVegan teacher).  But instead of making it for breakfast, I made it for dessert.  I didn’t use her nut cream sauce either, though that sounds delicious.  I had made a walnut pear tart recently, which was quite dry, so I chose a covered baking dish.

This is so super simple!  Easily pre-made and put in oven as you sit down for dinner, ready for dessert!


Preheat Oven to 350.


  • I used up one frozen apple pieces bag from last summer’s apple crop (4 cups?).
  • Added 1 1/2 pears,
  • some frozen strawberries and
  • frozen blueberries.
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1 T honey

Mixed it all together.  Covered.  Baked 30 minutes.

  • Hemp Seeds
  • Whipping Cream
  • Ice Cream
  • Yogurt
  • Granola
