Researching Healthy Eating

I’ve been working on improving my diet (aka what I eat, not to lose weight) since the late ’90s. Recently, between an increase of food allergies/sensitivities and eating for AJ (both nursing and as a role model), I have decided to redouble my efforts and really try to get really good eating integrated as a simple routine in my life.

My goal for this blog is:

  • a resource for me and others
  • a place to brain dump all my favorite food & nutrition findings.
